Snapshot Codex — $350

What it is

A five-page AEO audit delivered as a PDF within 60 minutes of payment. No conversation required. Pay, receive, act.

How pages are selected — two options, same price

Option A — Auto-discover

Provide your domain only. Our pipeline visits your homepage, scores every navigable link for commercial agent relevance, and selects the five most important pages automatically. Your homepage is always page one. The remaining four pages are chosen based on whether they are transactional, navigational, or service-oriented — product pages, pricing pages, checkout, and contact pages score highest.

Auto-discovery works well for standard e-commerce sites, service businesses, and SaaS products with conventional HTML navigation. Every auto-discovered audit includes a confidence level — High, Medium, or Low — that tells you how reliably the algorithm read your site's navigation. Low confidence audits are eligible for a free page re-selection within 14 days.

Full algorithm documentation, known limitations, and recourse policy.

Option B — Specify your pages

Provide up to five URLs at the time of order. Use this option if your site has JavaScript-rendered navigation, complex enterprise navigation, or if you simply know which pages matter most to your agent commerce readiness. Large telecommunications sites, banking sites, insurance portals, and single-page applications typically produce better results with Option B.

Both options are the same price. There is no premium for specifying pages.

What is included

Agent Readiness Score out of 100 with letter grade. Complete finding list organized by severity. A specific developer-readable recommendation for every finding. A description of what an AI agent actually experiences navigating your site. A prioritized three-to-five item sprint plan. A draft llms.txt file ready to deploy with no code changes required.

Full Codex — $900

What it is

A comprehensive AEO audit covering up to twenty pages you specify, delivered within 48 hours, with a thirty-minute walkthrough call included. The Full Codex always uses Option B — you specify the pages. At this scope and price, you have full control over what gets audited.

Which pages

You specify up to twenty URLs at the time of order. Common choices: homepage, category pages, representative product or service pages, checkout flow, and policy pages. If you are unsure which pages to include, the order form has a notes field — describe your site and we will make recommendations before starting.

What is included

Everything in the Snapshot Codex applied to up to twenty pages, plus a complete remediation roadmap prioritized by effort-to-impact ratio. The thirty-minute walkthrough call covers the score, every critical finding, llms.txt deployment, and answers questions. Scheduled via a booking link delivered with your report.

Quarterly Rescan — $500

What it is

A re-audit of the same pages from your original Codex, run ninety days later. The deliverable is a score comparison report showing which findings were resolved, which remain, and whether new issues appeared. This is the document that proves the original audit produced real-world impact.

Available exclusively to clients who have received a Snapshot or Full Codex. Rescan clients are contacted directly at the ninety-day mark. To request early, email us with your original report reference.

Agency Partner Rate — $250 per audit

What it is

A wholesale rate for web agencies and SEO consultants who want to offer AEO audits to their clients without building the tooling. You send a domain or URL list, we send back a report. White-label option available — the report cover carries your agency name at no extra charge.

Applies to agencies committing to five or more audits per quarter. No setup fee. Email us to discuss a partnership.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Option A and Option B for the Snapshot Codex?

Option A means you provide only your domain and our pipeline selects five pages automatically using a scoring algorithm. Option B means you provide up to five specific URLs yourself. Both cost $350. Auto-discovery works well for most standard sites. Option B is better for enterprise sites, single-page applications, or any situation where you know which pages matter most. Full methodology documentation.

How does auto-discovery score pages?

The pipeline visits your homepage and scores every navigable link based on whether the URL path contains commercially relevant terms. Links containing product, service, shop, pricing, plan, buy, and checkout score positively. Links to blogs, legal pages, login pages, and support documentation score negatively. Your homepage is always included first. The four highest-scoring additional pages fill the remaining slots. Full algorithm and scoring table.

What if auto-discovery selects the wrong pages?

Every auto-discovered audit includes a confidence level. Low confidence audits are eligible for a free page re-selection and re-audit within 14 days. Reply to your delivery email with up to five URLs you would prefer audited. We re-run and deliver a new report at no charge. Full recourse policy.

My site has complex navigation. Which option should I choose?

Option B. Sites with JavaScript-rendered navigation, mega-menus that open on hover, hamburger menus, client-side routing, or non-standard navigation patterns are poor candidates for auto-discovery. If your site is an enterprise telecommunications, banking, or insurance site — or any large site where navigation is not conventional semantic HTML — specify your pages directly for the most useful results.

What is an AEO audit?

An AEO (Agent Engine Optimization) audit measures how readable and navigable your website is to AI agents acting on behalf of human buyers. We extract the Accessibility Tree, analyze structured data completeness and accuracy, check for an llms.txt file, and identify the gaps that cause agents to fail tasks or abandon your site. The output is a specific, prioritized list of fixes your developer can implement.

Do you need access to our code or CMS?

No. The audit runs entirely from outside your site — the same way an AI agent visits it. We need only your domain or the specific URLs you provide. No credentials, no repository access, no CMS login.

How long does delivery take?

Snapshot Codex within 60 minutes of payment. Full Codex within 48 hours. Both are maximums — most audits complete faster. Delivery time includes a human review before sending.

What if I disagree with a finding?

Reply to the delivery email. Every finding is based on specific, verifiable evidence from your site's Accessibility Tree and structured data. If a finding is incorrect we will review the raw data and revise the report at no charge. Full recourse policy.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds within 24 hours of delivery if the report cannot be generated due to a technical failure on our end. No refunds after a completed report is delivered. Low confidence auto-discovery results qualify for a free page re-selection — that is the correct remedy for page selection disputes. Run a free preview first if you are uncertain.

Can I see a sample report before purchasing?

The Try It page runs a free single-page preview on your own site — real findings from a real audit of your homepage in under 60 seconds. It shows your score, finding count, and top findings without the fix recommendations. The paid Codex adds the fixes, multi-page analysis, and full remediation roadmap.
